Site Engineer

Roads &amp; Highways Project | Inverness<br />40 hours per week | Monday to Friday<br />Future Build Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of a leading civil engineering contractor for an experienced Site Engineer to join a roads and highways infrastructure project near Inverness.<br />This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role on a high-profile civils scheme, supporting the successful delivery of earthworks and structural packages.<br />Key Responsibilities

• Carry out setting out and surveying activities across the project.
• Support the delivery of earthworks and structural works in line with the programme.
• Ensure works are completed in accordance with engineering drawings, specifications and quality standards.
• Maintain accurate site records, quality documentation and as-built records.
• Liaise with the site management team, subcontractors and the wider project team to ensure efficient project delivery.
• Promote and maintain high standards of health, safety and environmental compliance on site.<br />Requirements
• Previous experience working as a Site Engineer on civil engineering projects.
• Strong background delivering earthworks and structural packages.
• Highways or infrastructure project experience
• Proficient in the use of surveying and setting out equipment, including GPS and total stations.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
• CSCS card and relevant engineering qualifications (HNC/HND or Degree in Civil Engineering or similar)
