Description
Join our dynamic team as a Membership Specialist II in a remote setting. 
This contract position involves processing member requests, managing accounts, and ensuring compliance with guidelines. 
You''ll utilize various communication technologies to support member acquisition and retention initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
Process and approve service requests across multiple media channels.
Review and resolve member inquiries and issues, ensuring compliance with guidelines.
Open and maintain accounts, including savings and custodial accounts.
Communicate with applicants to resolve incomplete applications.
Collaborate with security personnel on potentially fraudulent applications.

Qualifications
Ability to make sound decisions for high-level member service.
Effective communication skills in challenging situations.
Proficiency in interpreting and applying data to guidelines and procedures.
Ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy.
Experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment is desired.
