About Our Client
Our client is a highly capitalised real estate investment and development platform backed by leading global investors. With a focus on residential, hospitality and mixed-use assets, the business invests across the GCC and is actively pursuing a pipeline of acquisitions, developments and strategic investment opportunities.
Job Description
- Evaluate and execute real estate acquisition and development opportunities across the GCC, with an initial focus on the UAE and Saudi Arabia.
- Build and maintain detailed financial models for residential, hospitality and mixed-use developments.
- Conduct investment underwriting, feasibility studies and development appraisals for greenfield and brownfield projects.
- Analyse project economics, development costs, financing structures and investment returns.
- Support financial and commercial due diligence processes for prospective investments.
- Prepare investment committee papers, presentations and transaction materials.
- Monitor market activity, macroeconomic trends and sector-specific developments.
- Work closely with investment, development and asset management teams throughout the investment lifecycle.
- Assist with portfolio analysis, strategic planning and asset-level performance reviews.
- Liaise with external stakeholders, including advisors, consultants, lenders and operating partners.
The Successful Applicant
A successful applicant should have the following:
- 5-8 years of experience within real estate investment banking, real estate private equity, management consulting, real estate development or a principal investment platform focused on real estate.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, Business, Accounting or a related field.
- Strong financial modelling and valuation experience within the real estate sector.
- Demonstrated experience analysing acquisitions and development opportunities.
- Excellent analytical, commercial and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial and deal-oriented environment.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- GCC real estate experience is advantageous but not essential.
