Programme Manager - SAP Finance

My client is looking for someone who can operate at a strategic level - challenging the roadmap, influencing senior stakeholders, identifying resource requirements, and driving delivery across multiple countries.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead SAP S/4HANA Finance delivery across European entities
- Oversee rollout and optimization activities in France, Spain, and Germany
- Drive governance, reporting, and programme planning
- Ensure compliance with local financial and tax requirements
- Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and SAP delivery teams
- Assess and challenge the existing SAP roadmap

Required Experience:
- Proven SAP S/4HANA Program/Project Management experience
- Strong SAP Finance (FICO) background
- Experience delivering multi-country European rollouts
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Experience managing company codes, compliance, and tax-related requirements
- Ability to work autonomously and provide strategic direction
