Education and Experience »

• 8n Required Experience managing large-scale, complex IT or business transformation projects in a structured environment
• 8 Required Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., PMI/PMBOK, Agile, Hybrid)
• 8 Required Experience developing and maintaining project schedules, budgets, and resource plans
• 8 Required Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders across technical and business units
• 8 Required Experience with risk management, issue tracking, and change control processes

Knowledge and Skills:

• Define project objectives, deliverables, milestones, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, and business units to ensure alignment and execution of project activities. Monitor project performance, track progress against milestones, and ensure timely escalation and resolution of issues and risks.
• Manage project scope changes through formal change control processes and ensure governance compliance.
•  Oversee vendor performance and deliverables when external contractors are involved.
