Location: Columbus, OH (Hybrid 3 Days Onsite)

Project: Long-Term Project

Must have: SAP IS-U Technical/Functional Solutions, Customer Service (CS), Digital Channels.

Overview:

We are seeking a Senior SAP IS-U Techno-Functional Consultant with strong experience in SAP IS-U Customer Service and Digital Channels. The consultant will be responsible for supporting business requirements, solution design, configuration, integration, testing, and production support across SAP IS-U customer service processes and digital channels.

Required Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience with SAP IS-U.
• Expertise in SAP IS-U Customer Service.
• Strong experience with SAP IS-U Digital Channels.
• Understanding of SAP IS-U business processes and customer-facing solutions.
• Experience with SAP integration concepts and interfaces.
• Ability to work in both functional and technical capacities.

Responsibilities:

• Provide techno-functional expertise in SAP IS-U Customer Service.
• Design, configure, and support SAP IS-U customer service solutions.
• Work on digital channels and customer-facing applications integrated with SAP IS-U.
• Analyse business requirements and translate them into SAP IS-U technical/functional solutions.
• Work with business stakeholders, technical teams, and integration teams.
• Support integrations between SAP IS-U and external/digital applications.
