Job Summary: The Athletics Technology Operations Manager manages processes relating to disaster recovery procedures, security monitoring, server administration, and Help Desk operations. Maintains existing infrastructure hardware and software. Implements electronic use policies. Communicates with 3rd party vendors and consultants. Provides guidance, trains, and/or may supervise IT staff.

Required Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or GED and four (4) years of IT experience; OR associate's degree and two (2) years of IT experience; OR bachelor's degree.

Skills and Knowledge: Comprehensive knowledge of computing hardware and software. Ability to troubleshoot technical issues to solve a vast range of issues as it applies to core infrastructure systems and user workstations.
