Senior Service Charge Accountant

We're hiring for a leading property management group known for its commitment to excellent service and extensive regional operations. This organization is seeking a detail-oriented finance professional to join its Property Finance team and significantly contribute to its success.

The Role

• Prepare annual service charge accounts in line with lease agreements.
• Liaise with operational teams and external accountants on financial matters.
• Calculate voids on semi-complete developments and VAT liabilities for mixed-use sites.
• Manage RTM financial handovers and reconcile financial positions.
• Provide day-to-day finance support, including budgets and invoice issuance.
• Deliver periodic reporting to internal and external stakeholders.

What You'll Need

• Proven experience in service charge accounts for large, complex developments.
• Strong communication skills with a customer-focused approach and experience leading stakeholder meetings.
• High attention to detail, excellent time management, and organizational skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Currently studying towards a professional accountancy qualification (AAT/ACCA/CIMA).
