Position: Partner Sales, Enterprise Business
Location: California, San Francisco

Responsibilities:
- Indirect Partners Sales Management in CA.
- Manages the identification, creation, and management of key-account/business relationships with select companies to develop solutions and/or create complementary products/services to produce sales opportunities for the company.
- Creates strategic partner plan to meet business targets.
- Develops SI/Alliance/Partnership Specialists within the organization.
- Defines mutual goals and objectives and builds awareness and support of overall strategic benefits of the alliance. Evangelizes company products in conjunction with recruiting key alliances/partnerships. Provides for financial analyses, long-range forecasting and analysis studies associated with potential alliances/partnerships.
- Establishes metrics to assess the sales impact of the solution(s) in the marketplace and the overall success of the alliance. Monitors competitor activity in accounts and implements strategies to maintain account ownership and block competitor advancement. Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function.
- Management & Supervision: Directs the activities of a functional area or multiple integrated departments through lower management. Leads team(s) to develop new methods and solve complex matters.
- Collaboration & Interaction: Interacts with senior management, executives, and/or major customers which frequently involves negotiating matters of significance to the organization. Reconciles multiple stakeholder views to drive business results.
- Complexity & Problem Solving: Works on complex issues where problems are not clearly defined and where fundamental principles do not fully apply. Translates business segment strategy into functional plans and guides execution. Participates in corporate development of methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for projects, programs, and people. Ensures budgets and schedules meet corporate requirements.
- Have managed Enterprise partners in past and managed global partnership Sales.
Requirements:
- Knowledge & Application: Participates with senior management to establish strategic plans and objectives. Makes final decisions on implementation and ensures operational effectiveness. Effectively cascades functional strategy and contributes to development of organizational policies. Accountable for actions that impact function or multiple department budgets.
