Java Engineer

Strong Java engineer, team player, hybrid in office 3+ days/week. Required Qualifications6+ years of experience in Java-based backend development Strong hands-on experience with Vert.x and reactive programming paradigms Solid understanding of microservices and event-driven architecture Experience with messaging systems such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, or similar Familiarity with REST APIs, asynchronous processing, and distributed systems Exposure to AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot or similar)Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in an agile environment Preferred Qualifications Experience with AI agents or autonomous development tools (e.g., Devin or similar frameworks)Knowledge of cloud platforms (Google Cloud Platform)This role is ideal for engineers who are also passionate about the next evolution of software development leveraging AI-powered tools such as GitHub Copilot and autonomous coding agents (e.g., Devin) to accelerate delivery and enhance engineering efficiency.
