Job Title: Epic Systems Analyst (Epic ClinDoc)

Location: Miami, FL (Hybrid)

  • Mandatory onsite training in Miami
  • After training: Onsite every Tuesday and Thursday

Duration: 6 Months

Interview Mode: Video

Visa Requirement: Candidates must be eligible to convert to full-time without sponsorship.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Epic Systems Analyst with strong Epic ClinDoc expertise to support implementation, optimization, and ongoing maintenance of Epic applications. The ideal candidate will work closely with clinical, operational, and technical teams to enhance clinical workflows, support go-live activities, and ensure successful deployment of Epic solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support, configure, and optimize Epic ClinDoc applications and workflows.
  • Participate in Epic implementation, upgrade, optimization, and transition initiatives.
  • Perform application build, configuration, testing, validation, deployment, and production support.
  • Collaborate with clinical, operational, and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and improve workflows.
  • Support go-live readiness, stabilization, and post-implementation activities.
  • Troubleshoot application issues and provide ongoing production support.
  • Assist with workflow enhancements and user adoption initiatives.
  • Ensure system configurations align with organizational and Epic best practices.
  • Document build specifications, testing results, and support procedures.

Required Qualifications

  • Epic ClinDoc Certification (Required).
    • Candidates willing to obtain Epic MyChart Certification before the start date will also be considered.
  • 5+ years of experience as an Epic Systems Analyst.
  • Experience supporting Epic implementations, upgrades, optimizations, and production support.
  • Strong understanding of clinical workflows and clinical documentation.
  • Hands-on experience with Epic build, configuration, testing, validation, deployment, and troubleshooting.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
