Duck creek Insights Sr Developer/ Tech Lead

Role Name:    Duck creek Insights Sr Developer/ Tech Lead

JOB DESCRIPTION:     
1 Must have 10 years of experience with SQL SQL ServerOracle or relational databases MSBI tools SSIS SSRS SSAS ETL and data integration frameworks XMLJSON and APIinterface concepts
2 Must have 8 years of experience with Duck Creek Insights Data Insights Clarity 7x 8x and act as technical SME
3 Experience in performing Duck Creek Policy and Insights upgrade
4 Understand E2E architecture of Duck Creek Policy Claims datastores and downstream consumers
5 Good to have insurance background and PC insurance preferred
6 Good knowledge of CICD and releasemanagement processes preferred
7 Should possess Datawarehouse concepts such as start schema Snowflake schema
8 Experience in monitoring and optimizing batch jobs referencing to crosstable loads identify databasequery bottlenecks and optimize data extraction and transformation logic
9 Own technical design and implementation decision for insights enhancements
10 Conduct technical impact assessments for enhancements upgrades defects and production changes
11 Develop and troubleshoot ETLdataprocessing workflows validate sourcetotarget mappings and transformation logic
12 Investigate and perform RCA for missing duplicate delayed or incorrectly transformed records Support batch and scheduled dataprocessing activities
13 Ensure data reconciliation between source Duck Creek applications and Insights
14 Optimize dataprocessing workflows for performance and reliability
15 Coordinate Insights changes across development QA UAT staging and production environments for development teams
16 The Tech Lead should be able to translate complex technical issues into understandable business impact for nontechnical stakeholders
17 Create and maintain technical design documents architecture diagrams dataflow diagrams sourcetotarget mapping documents interface specifications configuration documentation deployment procedures troubleshooting guides and production support runbooks
18 This is a clientfacing role and communication and stakeholder management is expected Coordination with offshore nearshore teams is required
