Job Description
Optus, a leading Australian telecommunications provider, is seeking a Service Centre Technical Analyst based in Macquarie Park, Sydney. The role involves diagnosing, testing and resolving network issues, leading major incidents, and ensuring SLA compliance.
You will work in a 5 day, 24/7 roster with flexibility across shifts, supporting Enterprise customers and collaborating with TAC and Client Delivery teams. A CCNA certification is highly regarded.
