Children's Residential Support Worker | Oxford, England, United Kingdom | Hybrid | £36,274 - £42,640 We are hiring for one of the UK's leading providers of specialist education and care for children and young people with special educational needs. The Role • Provide daily support to young people, ensuring their well-being and safety. • Assist with daily routines, including getting ready for school and homework. • Plan and engage in recreational and developmental activities. • Maintain accurate records and complete necessary paperwork. • Foster positive relationships and guide young people towards a positive future. • Be a source of encouragement and support during both highs and lows. What You'll Need • A positive and proactive 'can-do' attitude. • Genuine empathy and honesty in interactions with young people. • Resilience to effectively manage challenging situations. • A full UK driving licence held for at least 12 months. • Willingness to undertake a Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare if not already held, with full support provided. • Enthusiasm for making a difference in a young person's life.
