C++ Developer - SQL (Irvine, CA) W2 only

Introduction:

We are seeking a highly experienced C++ Developer with strong SQL skills to join our team in Irvine, CA. As a C++ Developer, you will be responsible for developing high-performance, scalable applications in an enterprise environment. You will work on projects related to financial services, capital markets, and asset management, utilizing your expertise in C++, SQL, and other key technologies.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain C++ applications using C++11/14/17 standards
• Optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and database performance
• Implement design patterns, data structures, and algorithms for efficient application development
• Collaborate with teams to ensure continuous delivery and integration of software
• Provide production support, debugging, and troubleshooting for applications
• Utilize multithreading for concurrent processing and performance tuning
• Work with Linux/Unix environments and shell scripting for development tasks
• Participate in Agile/Scrum methodologies and version control using Git
• Apply knowledge of financial services, capital markets, and asset management to projects

Requirements:

Required Skills:

• 8-10 years of hands-on experience in C++ development
• Strong proficiency in C++11/14/17, OOP, STL, and multithreading
• Experience with SQL, database queries, and stored procedures
• Knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and design patterns
• Experience in Linux/Unix environments and shell scripting
• Ability to work onsite in Irvine, CA

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in financial services, capital markets, or asset management
• Understanding of continuous delivery, continuous integration, and Agile/Scrum
• Familiarity with Git, performance tuning, and REST APIs
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment
