Job description

The Role

Constellation builds ConstellationOS, an intelligence and forecasting layer for satellite and ground-network operations. We are looking for a Chief of Staff to work directly with the CEO and run the company behind the product: strategy, operations, and the projects that do not have an owner yet. You will turn the CEO's priorities into execution across the whole company and build the operating rhythm that keeps a small team moving fast. This is a founding-team seat: small team, wide scope, real ownership.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with the CEO on strategy, planning, and board and investor reporting.

• Own cross-functional projects that do not have a natural owner, from scoping to delivery.

• Run the company operating rhythm: goal setting, meeting cadence, and follow-through on decisions.

• Drive recruiting coordination, offers, and onboarding as the team grows.

• Oversee finance, legal, and administration with our external accountants and counsel.

Requirements

• 3+ years in a chief of staff, operations, strategy, or business operations role at an early-stage startup, ideally one selling to the U.S. Government.

• Has owned ambiguous, cross-functional projects end to end with little process.

• Strong written communication; turns messy priorities into clear plans.

• U.S. person required (ITAR).
