The Role • Act as the primary deputy to the Store Manager, overseeing daily operations and team leadership. • Ensure a positive and efficient shopping experience for all customers. • Manage various in-store tasks, including stock intake, display setup, and quality control. • Oversee inventory, focusing on product freshness, especially for produce and baked goods. • Handle cashier duties and support stockroom and cleaning responsibilities. What You'll Need • A strong work ethic and the drive to contribute positively to the team. • A completed apprenticeship in retail, or comparable professional experience. • Excellent customer service skills and a friendly demeanor. • A proactive approach to tasks, demonstrating diligence and commitment. • Flexibility, teamwork, organizational talent, and prior leadership experience. • Good German language skills (B1 level minimum) for effective communication.
