Business Change & Test Analyst

We're recruiting for a Business Change & Test Analyst to join a well-established financial services organisation, supporting the delivery of business and technology change initiatives.

This role offers a blend of Business Analysis, Project Support and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) , with responsibilities including gathering business requirements, documenting processes, preparing and executing test scripts, coordinating UAT, supporting project delivery, and contributing to business readiness and process improvement.

Key requirements:

• Experience in Business Analysis, Business Change or Project Support
• Experience with UAT, testing and defect management
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Experience producing requirements, process maps and project documentation
• Exposure to Agile and/or Waterfall delivery environments
• Well organised, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities
