The Role

What You'll Need

• Formal training in banking, insurance, or real estate, or relevant regulatory certification (e.g., § 34i)
• Proven experience in mortgage sales and a strong understanding of sales processes
• Demonstrated leadership potential or entrepreneurial drive to build teams and structures
