Job Description

Business Development Manager

Due to growth a fantastic new opportunity has arisen with our client, a national business, based in the Swansea area.

The team is looking for a target driven, ambitious sales professional, ideally with B2B experience.

THE ROLE

Day to day, working as part of a small friendly team, you will be:

  • Building relationships with new and existing clients on the telephone
  • Following up on emails to business develop
  • Working closely with your colleagues to maximise sales

WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • Experience of telephone sales
  • Confident communication skills and experience of developing business and client relationships
  • Hunger to be incentivised for bringing in sales
  • Driven attitude and keen to exceed targets
