Job Title: Desktop Support Lead / Technician III
Location: Westchester, NY - (Valhalla, Poughkeepsie, Suffern, Port Jervis, Warwick, Kingston, and Margaretville)
Duration: 6+ months
Senior hands-on technical resource responsible for advanced troubleshooting, escalation resolution, onsite coordination, and supporting junior desktop/deployment technicians.
Required
Windows 10/11 desktop/laptop support
Hardware break/fix and peripheral support
Active Directory, endpoint tools, imaging, software installs
Hospital or clinical environment experience
Ticket ownership from intake to resolution
Preferred differentiators
Epic workstation support
SCCM/Intune
ServiceNow
Zebra printers, scanners, WOWs/carts, badge readers
