The Role • Deliver expert mechanical roadside repair and vehicle diagnostics to members. • Provide emergency breakdown support, addressing issues from simple fixes to complex faults. • Combine technical expertise with outstanding customer service to offer reassurance and solutions. • Work in a dynamic environment with a variety of vehicle issues on a daily basis. • Benefit from a demand-led shift pattern averaging 40 hours per week. What You'll Need • Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification or equivalent. • At least 2 years' post-qualification technical, electrical, and diagnostic experience. • A strong customer-focused approach and excellent communication skills. • A full UK driving licence. • Ability to work calmly and confidently under pressure.
