Position Summary

4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Software Quality Assurance Analysts and Testers to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The candidate will be responsible for:

1. Develop and execute comprehensive test strategies, plans, scenarios, test cases, and results documentation across system, integration, regression, user acceptance, and performance testing.
2. Design, develop, and maintain automated testing scripts and frameworks using Selenium and programming languages such as Java or Python.
3. Perform manual and automated testing while applying black-box, grey-box, regression, load, and coverage testing techniques.
4. Collaborate with developers, Scrum Masters, SMEs, test leads, and stakeholders to support quality assurance, requirements traceability, defect resolution, and delivery objectives.
   
   Minimum Qualifications

The position requires:

Education	Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience	3–6 years of experience in software testing, including manual and automation testing, with hands-on experience developing test cases, automation scripts, and testing strategies.
Technical Skills	Selenium, Java, Python, Jira, Confluence/Xray, CI/CD, Jenkins, Test Automation Frameworks
Business / Domain Skills	Software Quality Assurance, Test Strategy and Planning, Requirements Traceability, Agile/Scrum Testing, Performance Testing, Public-Sector Application Testing
Communication	Ability to communicate with technical and business stakeholders.
Documentation	Ability to prepare project documentation, status updates, and deliverables.
Work Authorization	Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Sponsorship may be considered where permitted by company policy and project requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

1. Experience testing large-scale enterprise applications using Selenium-based automation frameworks and Java or Python.
2. Experience with public-sector applications, particularly eligibility or benefits-related systems.
3. Experience working in Agile environments with DevOps practices and collaborating across development, QA, and business teams.
