Position: Business Analyst with Energy & Utilities Experience

Location: Dallas TX (Hybrid)

Type: Contract

Required skills:

·        Experience as a Business Analyst supporting Energy & Utilities clients.

·        Strong understanding of utility business processes such as electric, gas, water, or renewable energy operations.

·        Experience with requirements gathering, business process analysis, use case development, and stakeholder management.

·        Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile delivery methodologies.

·        Working knowledge of GIS concepts, spatial data, and utility network mapping processes.

·        Experience collaborating with technical teams, including developers, architects, and GIS specialists.

·        Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

·        Ability to create clear documentation including business requirements, workflows, and functional specifications.

Nice to have skills:

·        This is a Dallas/TX Onsite position. Mandatory 3 to 5 days work from office

·        Experience with GIS platforms such as Hexagon Intergraph, Esri ArcGIS or similar technologies.

·        Exposure to digital transformation initiatives within the utilities sector.

·        Experience working in client-facing consulting or large-scale enterprise environments.
