Private Equity Associate - Selby Jennings

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and execute new investment opportunities across a range of sectors and geographies.
• Build and review complex financial models, valuation analyses and investment materials.
• Conduct commercial and financial due diligence alongside leading advisors and management teams.
• Support transaction execution from origination through to completion.
• Work closely with portfolio company management teams on value creation initiatives and strategic projects.
• Present investment recommendations to senior leadership and investment committees.

Requirements

• 4-7 years of experience gained within a leading investment bank, elite boutique, or private equity fund.
• Strong M&A, or private equity transaction experience.
• Outstanding financial modelling, analytical and valuation skills.
• Demonstrable track record working on complex, high-profile transactions.
• Excellent academic credentials.
• Strong commercial judgement and the ability to thrive in a high-performance environment.
