The Role

• Oversee, maintain, repair, and monitor all operational equipment, machinery, and systems.
• Conduct regular inspections and perform troubleshooting to identify and resolve malfunctions.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes to enhance equipment availability and productivity.
• Support necessary modifications and expansions of production facilities.
• Manage and execute projects within the maintenance department.

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training as a Mechatronics Technician, Electrician, or a comparable technical qualification.
• Previous experience working in production environments.
• Familiarity with process technology and PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) systems.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Strong aptitude for learning, teamwork, and a high level of motivation and resilience.
