Ecommerce Junior Project Coordinator

Overview

We are seeking a digitally savvy, detail obsessed, and proactive coordinator to join our eCommerce Projects Team. The role focuses on coordinating digital operations, handling website and app support, and ensuring seamless customer experience through UAT and project management.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for website and app support requests, prioritising, tracking, and resolving issues.
• Investigate problems, document findings clearly, and collaborate with developers to implement fixes.
• Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) across our websites and apps to validate new features and updates.
• Onboard new brands, coordinate project tasks, and deliver enhancements to digital platforms.
• Maintain project documentation, release notes, and status updates across customer service, operations, stores, and development teams.

Qualifications

• Experience with project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, Zendesk, or similar.
• Knowledge of Shopify, retail, eCommerce, or customer support environments (desirable).
• Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Passion for eCommerce, digital platforms, and project coordination.
• Exceptional organisational skills and strong attention to detail.
