Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior GenAI Python Engineer with 8+ years of software development experience and strong expertise in Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and Python development. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and deploy AI-powered applications using modern GenAI frameworks and cloud services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop Generative AI applications using Python.
  • Build RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) solutions using vector databases.
  • Integrate LLMs such as GPT-4, Claude, Gemini, Llama, or Mistral into enterprise applications.
  • Develop AI agents and multi-agent workflows using LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, or AutoGen.
  • Build REST APIs using FastAPI or Flask.
  • Optimize prompts, embeddings, and AI model performance.
  • Deploy AI applications on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
  • Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and engineering teams to deliver scalable AI solutions.
Required Skills
  • 8+ years of experience in Python development.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in Generative AI.
  • Strong proficiency in Python, FastAPI, Flask, and REST APIs.
  • Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, or AutoGen.
  • Hands-on experience with RAG architecture, vector databases (Pinecone, FAISS, ChromaDB, Weaviate, or Milvus).
  • Experience with OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Gemini, or open-source LLMs.
  • Knowledge of prompt engineering, embeddings, semantic search, and AI agents.
  • Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases.
  • Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform cloud platforms.
