Sr. Oracle SQL Analyst

Primary Location: Atlanta, Georgia


V-Soft Consulting is currently hiring for a Sr. Oracle SQL Analyst for our premier client in Atlanta Georgia


Education and Experience »
  • Oracle PL/SQL (procedures, functions, packages, views)  Highly desired 3            Years
  • SQL job scheduling and automated database processes   Required              3            Years
  • SQL troubleshooting, query optimization, and data validation              Highly desired   5            Years
  • Translating business requirements into SQL solutions       Required              3            Years
  • Operational reporting and data analysis Required            3              Years

Knowledge and Skills:
  • Develop and maintain automated SQL processes, scheduled database jobs, and recurring data refreshes.
  • Troubleshoot SQL scripts, automated jobs, and data quality issues.
  • Create efficient, reusable, and well-documented SQL code.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Job Responsibilities:
  • Develop, maintain, and optimize complex Oracle SQL and PL/SQL programs.
  • Write simple and complex SQL queries from scratch against normalized Oracle transactional databases.
  • Analyze business requirements and determine the appropriate tables, relationships, joins, and business rules needed to answer complex business questions.
