The Role • Lead the promotion of specialized psychiatry portfolio products within an assigned territory. • Develop and execute strategic business plans using data-driven insights to maximize sales performance. • Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and stakeholders within primary care and neurology settings. • Demonstrate deep clinical knowledge of therapeutic areas and market complexities. • Effectively communicate product value propositions and handle objections to drive prescribing behavior. • Stay informed on reimbursement dynamics and address payer access challenges. What You'll Need • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution. • 2-5 years of pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical, or medical device sales experience. • Proven ability to learn and retain complex product and disease state information, including annual certification. • Strong self-starter mentality with resilience, excellent communication, and problem-solving skills. • Adaptability and a collaborative spirit for a fast-paced environment. • Proficiency in data analysis and utilizing digital tools for business planning. • Must reside within 40 miles of the Naples, FL territory boundaries. • Valid driver's license with a safe driving record.
