RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking an EHR Project Coordinator in Saint Louis, MO.
Summary:
We are seeking an EHR Implementation Analyst to support a healthcare organization's migration from a legacy electronic health record (EHR) system to a new platform. This individual will play a key role in coordinating implementation activities, managing end-user training, supporting testing efforts, validating data, and ensuring project milestones are successfully achieved.
This role is ideal for someone with prior healthcare technology implementation experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working directly with clinical and operational teams to drive successful change.
Responsibilities:
* Support the implementation and migration of a new EHR platform
* Coordinate project meetings, track action items, and follow up on deliverables
* Identify project risks, issues, and dependencies, and escalate concerns as needed
* Coordinate training schedules and logistics for clinicians, patient technicians, scribes, billing teams, and other end users
* Partner with internal stakeholders and external vendors throughout the implementation process
* Develop, execute, and document test cases
* Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT), integration testing, and end-to-end workflow validation
* Validate migrated data and ensure information is accurately transferred between systems
* Support testing of integrated applications and workflows
* Track testing results, defects, and project updates using Excel and project documentation tools
* Help ensure project timelines, training deadlines, and implementation milestones are achieved
REQUIREMENTS:
* 3+ years of experience supporting healthcare software implementations, EHR projects, or healthcare technology initiatives
* Experience participating in an EHR migration, implementation, upgrade, or conversion
* Hands-on experience with: User Acceptance Testing (UAT); Integration Testing; End-to-End Workflow Testing; Test Case Creation and Execution
* Experience coordinating training sessions and working with end users
* Strong project coordination and organizational skills
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
* Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and project tracking documentation
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience with EHR systems such as Epic, athenahealth, eClinicalWorks, NextGen, Modernizing Medicine, DrChrono, or similar platforms
* Healthcare operations, clinical workflow, or revenue cycle experience
* Previous experience supporting system integrations
* Background as an Implementation Analyst, EHR Analyst, QA Analyst, or Project Coordinator

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
