Position: Website Modernization Project Lead
 
Location: Jackson, MS
 
Work Arrangement: 100% Onsite

Key Required Skills & Expertise

  • Website Redesign & Migration: Proven experience leading large-scale, full-lifecycle website redesigns and content migration.
  • CMS Platform: Hands-on experience with Drupal and digital implementations.
  • Accessibility Compliance: Working knowledge of ADA Title II and WCAG 2.1 AA standards for web content.
  • Web Governance & Change Management: Ability to establish web governance frameworks, SOPs, and content workflows.
  • Stakeholder Management: Strong cross-departmental collaboration, facilitation, and status reporting skills.
  • Testing & QA: Experience conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and launch readiness checks.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with public sector, state government, or healthcare/human services projects.
  • Familiarity with Smartsheet workflows/forms.
  • Relevant certifications: PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, CPACC, or WAS.
