1. AEM Assets Architecture

• Deep knowledge of AEM Assets (onprem & Cloud Service)
• Metadata modeling, taxonomy, folder structures
• Workflow design, rendition pipelines, indexing, performance tuning

2. Enterprise Implementation

• Leading largescale DAM rollouts
• Integrations with Creative Cloud, Workfront, Sites, Marketo, PIM/CRM
• Designing ingestion pipelines, automation, and asset lifecycle processes

3. Governance & Operations

• Metadata governance, permissions, roles, access models
• Content lifecycle management
• Documentation, training, adoption programs

4. Thought Leadership & Strategy

• Defining DAM vision, roadmap, and enterprise content strategy
• Executive communication and stakeholder influence
• Change management and crossfunctional leadership

5. Performance & Scalability

• Scaling DAM for millions of assets
• Optimizing workflows, queries, indexing, and concurrency
• Cloud Service optimization and AMS performance engineering
