Sr. Business Development Manager - System Integration (SI)

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Senior Business Development Manager (SI Business) with over 8 years of proven expertise in System Integration solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, developing enterprise accounts, and managing end-to-end sales cycles for SI products and solutions across Mumbai and surrounding regions.
Key Responsibilities
(A) Business Development & Revenue Growth:
- Drive sales for System Integration solutions including Networking, Security, ELV, Data Center, and IT Infrastructure.
- Identify new business opportunities in Corporate, BFSI, Manufacturing, Government, Healthcare, and Real Estate sectors.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
- Generate qualified leads and convert them into long-term business relationships.
(B) Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with CIOs, IT Heads, Procurement Teams, and decision-makers.
- Conduct client meetings, solution presentations, and commercial discussions.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat business.
(C) Solution Selling & Pre-Sales Coordination:
- Understand client technical requirements and coordinate with pre-sales/technical teams to design customized solutions.
- Participate in RFPs, RFQs, tender submissions, and techno-commercial negotiations.
- Work closely with OEMs and channel partners for pricing and solution alignment.
(D) Market Intelligence & Strategy:
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing strategies, and market trends.
- Develop market penetration strategies for Mumbai territory.
- Identify emerging technologies and business expansion opportunities.
(E) Team Collaboration & Reporting:
- Coordinate with internal teams - Operations, Projects, Finance, and Technical Support.
- Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and MIS updates.
- Ensure timely closure of deals and payment collections.
Required Skills & Competencies:-
- Strong knowledge of System Integration business models
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- Strong commercial acumen.
- Experience handling enterprise accounts in Mumbai region.
- Ability to work independently and achieve aggressive sales targets.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (IT/EC/Computer) or equivalent.
- MBA (Marketing/Business Development) preferred.
