Job Title: HxGN EAM Consultant
Location: New York, NY (Hybrid)
Job Summary
Seeking an experienced HxGN EAM Consultant to support implementation, configuration, integration, and optimization of HxGN EAM solutions across enterprise asset management environments. The role requires strong functional expertise, stakeholder engagement skills, and the ability to deliver scalable asset management solutions in a hybrid work setting.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead HxGN EAM implementation, enhancement, and upgrade initiatives, ensuring alignment with business and operational requirements.
  • Gather, analyze, and document functional requirements related to asset management, maintenance, inventory, procurement, and work management processes.
  • Configure and optimize HxGN EAM modules, workflows, business rules, and system settings to support business objectives.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and third-party vendors to design and deliver integrated EAM solutions.
  • Support data migration, system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), training, and go-live activities.
  • Provide ongoing production support, troubleshoot system issues, and recommend process improvements to maximize system effectiveness and asset performance.
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with HxGN EAM (formerly Infor EAM) implementation, configuration, or support.
  • Strong understanding of Enterprise Asset Management processes, including preventive maintenance, work management, asset lifecycle management, and inventory control.
  • Experience gathering business requirements, conducting workshops, and translating requirements into functional solutions.
  • Knowledge of SQL, system integrations, APIs, data migration processes, and enterprise application environments.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work effectively in a hybrid project environment.
