Roles & Responsibilities

Responsible for SAP S/4 Finance module as Lead
Responsible to resolve incident and provide bug fixes
Responsible for driving Problem management and provide RCA and permanent solution
Responsible to creating Functional design document, develop configuration and test the changes
Responsible to work with Business and IT team for SIT and UAT testing
Responsible for validating changes post transport to production
Responsible to validate system post maintenance activities
Responsible for driving continuous improvement
Expected to work with Offshore team and other modules team to drive day to day operations
Track service delivery performance and report it on weekly, monthly and quarterly basis
