Job Description
Location: Baltimore, MD
Duration: 12 Months
Required Skills and Experience:
At least 5-8 years of relevant experience, potentially in project management or product management in a related field.
Exposure to tools like JIRA, TFS, DevOps, Confluence, or Trello for managing requirements and tasks.
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
Strong understanding of software development processes and technical concepts. While coding is not required, the ability to effectively communicate with engineering teams is essential.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to collect, interpret, and leverage data to make informed product decisions.
Exceptional leadership, communication (verbal and written), and presentation skills, with a focus on influence rather than authority.
The ability to think strategically define a long-term vision, and prioritize competing requirements effectively.
A deep sense of user empathy and an understanding of UX/UI best practices.
The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and frequently changing environment.
