Job Description

Role: Technical Lead  Manager with Software Development

Location: Boston, MA (Onsite Work)

Duration: 12 Months Contract

We are seeking a 12-15 years of experience as a Technical Manager with strong SQL expertise and experience managing a 5–6 member engineering team. The ideal candidate should understand data engineering/software development and be comfortable working with technical and business stakeholders.

Key Requirements:

  • Strong hands-on SQL experience
  • 5+ years of Technical Project Management experience
  • Experience managing 5–6 technical resources
  • Strong understanding of Data Engineering & Software Development
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum, Jira, or Azure DevOps
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience with data pipelines, cloud, APIs, or distributed systems is a plus
  • Python, C#, Snowflake/BigQuery, Kafka, or Docker experience is a plus
  • Data Engineering & Software Development
