The Role

• Lead integration and test program planning and execution for verification and validation activities.
• Develop and execute complex software and hardware test plans and procedures for system-level testing.
• Lead complex integration activities, including the development of test environments and tools.
• Analyze data, prepare test briefings, and write comprehensive test reports.
• Provide mentoring, technical guidance, and coaching to less-experienced engineers.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to define test criteria based on customer requirements.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, or Mathematics; Master's degree is a plus.
• 15+ years in a technical environment, with a primary focus on Test Engineering.
• Proven experience in leading Developmental Test and Evaluation, Factory Acceptance Test (FAT), and Site Acceptance Testing (SAT).
• Hands-on experience with radar systems, software, and hardware integration & test activities.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with cross-functional experience.
• Proficiency with C++ and Linux, digital hardware, and MATLAB for tool development/systems analysis.
