AI Technical Solutions Specialist (m/f/n)
Department : Group IT Location : Esch-sur-Alzette Contract : Permanent Job Requisition N 20057
Your tasks
- You design, develop, and deliver customized training programs on AI advancements and tooling
- You ensure technical feasibility, sustainability, and scalability of AI solutions
- You support the evolution of AI pilots (MVPs and PoCs) into scalable, enterprise-ready solutions
- You assist in the architecture and development of robust data pipelines and data management frameworks
- You provide hands-on technical expertise to project teams implementing AI and ML solutions
- You evaluate existing data infrastructure and recommend improvements for optimal AI performance
- You advise on best practices for the industrialization and scalability of AI systems
- You support technical troubleshooting and solution optimization of AI models in production
- You collaborate closely with data engineers and IT teams to integrate AI solutions into existing platforms
- You facilitate technical workshops to enhance internal AI capabilities across business teams.
- You document technical procedures, solution architecture, and implementation guidelines for AI tools and frameworks
Your profile
- You hold a university degree in IT, Computer Science or equivalent
- You are a team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- You show a high level of engagement and initiative
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. A good knowledge of French and German will be considered as an advantage.
