Key Responsibilities

• Requirements Gathering & Prioritization: Plan and facilitate structured requirements gathering sessions with cross-functional stakeholders to define scope, align objectives, and prioritize competing business needs.

• Process Mapping & Documentation: Design, document, and optimize current ("As-Is") and future ("To-Be") process maps, workflow diagrams, and comprehensive Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

• Executive Reporting: Synthesize complex operational data and project metrics into clear, concise executive-level reports, dashboards, and presentations to support leadership decision-making.

• Risk Analysis & Mitigation: Conduct proactive risk analyses across workflows and operational initiatives, identifying bottlenecks, compliance gaps, and actionable mitigation strategies.

• Continuous Improvement & Change Management: Partner with operational teams to implement process improvements, standardize best practices, and support smooth organizational transitions.

Required Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of 3 to 5 years of professional experience working as a Business Analyst.

• Core Competencies: Demonstrated expertise in business analysis, initiative prioritization, and leading stakeholder requirements gathering sessions.

• Documentation & Reporting: Proven track record of developing executive-level reports, detailed process maps, workflow documentation, SOPs, and formal risk analyses.

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Healthcare Administration, or a closely related field.
