Job Title: Digital Retention Specialist
Location: Westminster, CO 80021 Onsite
Employment Type: 6+ Month W2 Contract to Hire
Work Authorization: No C2C or Sponsorship

Overview
Talent Groups is seeking a Digital Retention Specialist to support customer retention, satisfaction, and renewal efforts for a leading enterprise software company.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of customer service, retention, or sales experience, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and a customer-focused mindset.

Fluent Spanish is required. Candidates must be able to speak, read, and write Spanish professionally. Portuguese is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively engage customers to identify concerns, adoption barriers, and renewal risks.
  • Resolve customer issues independently and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
  • Negotiate with customers to address pain points and improve retention.
  • Document customer interactions and activities in Salesforce.
  • Analyze customer data to identify retention trends and opportunities.
  • Partner with Sales and Support teams on escalations and customer needs.
  • Create and deliver content that supports customer adoption and engagement.
  • Quickly learn and navigate multiple business systems and processes.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in customer service, customer retention, customer success, or sales.
  • Fluent Spanish required: speak, read, and write.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent active listening, empathy, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong negotiation and time management abilities.
  • Customer-focused and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Salesforce experience required.
  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience.

Additional Requirements

  • Portuguese proficiency preferred.
