System Analyst – Healthcare / FACETS

Job Summary

We are seeking experienced System Analysts with strong Healthcare domain expertise and hands-on FACETS knowledge for multiple remote opportunities.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of health insurance/payer business processes and experience working with FACETS applications, healthcare systems, requirements analysis, system analysis, and data/process flows.

Strong Healthcare and FACETS experience is critical for this position.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform system and functional analysis for Healthcare/Payer applications.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into detailed system and functional requirements.
• Work extensively with FACETS and related healthcare applications.
• Analyze existing system functionality, workflows, interfaces, and data flows.
• Support healthcare business processes involving claims, membership, enrollment, providers, benefits, and billing.
• Prepare functional specifications, system requirements, process flows, and mapping documents.
• Perform impact analysis for application enhancements and system changes.
• Collaborate with business analysts, developers, QA teams, architects, and other technology teams.
• Support system testing, defect analysis, UAT, and production implementation activities.
• Troubleshoot functional and system issues and coordinate resolution across teams.
• Ensure solutions align with healthcare business requirements and system standards.

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of IT experience, preferably as a System Analyst / Technical Analyst.
• Strong Healthcare / Health Insurance domain experience is mandatory.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of FACETS.
• Good understanding of Healthcare Payer business processes.
• Experience with one or more FACETS/healthcare areas such as:
  • Claims
  • Membership & Enrollment
  • Provider
  • Benefits
  • Billing
• Strong experience with requirements analysis and system analysis.
• Ability to create functional specifications, system requirements, process flows, and mapping documents.
• Experience analyzing application interfaces and data flows.
• Good understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
• Experience supporting testing, UAT, defect resolution, and production releases.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with large health insurance/payer organizations.
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end healthcare claims and enrollment processes.
• FACETS configuration or integration knowledge.
• SQL and data-analysis experience.
• Healthcare EDI / HIPAA transaction knowledge.
• Experience with enterprise healthcare modernization or transformation programs.
