About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Administrator & Apex Developer to support and maintain a critical Workforce Management solution built on the Salesforce platform. The consultant will be responsible for day-to-day administration, troubleshooting, bug fixes, security management, configuration, and custom development activities to ensure system reliability and business continuity.

This role requires strong technical expertise in Salesforce Administration, Apex Development, SOQL optimization, and stakeholder collaboration. The successful candidate will work closely with business and technical teams to identify issues, implement solutions, and maintain a secure, scalable Salesforce environment.
Key Responsibilities

• Administer, maintain, and support Salesforce-based workforce management applications.
• Design, configure, update, and maintain Salesforce forms, objects, fields, and page layouts.
• Configure and maintain field-level security, validation rules, workflows, and related controls.
• Develop, enhance, and maintain Apex classes, triggers, batch jobs, and custom Salesforce solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, defects, and performance bottlenecks.
• Create and optimize SOQL queries, including complex relationship and cross-object queries.
• Manage user profiles, permission sets, roles, service accounts, and access controls.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement sustainable fixes for recurring issues.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Provide clear status updates, technical documentation, and progress reporting.
• Support platform releases, testing activities, and deployment processes.
• Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, security standards, and governance policies.

Required Qualifications
Technical Skills

• Strong hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator and Salesforce Developer.
• Proven expertise with:
  • Salesforce Administration
  • Apex Development
  • SOQL query design and optimization
  • Profiles, Permission Sets, Roles, and Security Models
  • Validation Rules and Field-Level Security
  • Salesforce Lightning Experience
  • Workflow and Process Automation
• Experience troubleshooting production issues and providing ongoing platform support.
• Ability to optimize complex queries and troubleshoot performance challenges.
• Solid understanding of Salesforce data models and platform architecture.
