Job Description
Brennan is seeking an experienced End User Services Manager to lead and evolve the end user support function for one of Brennan's largest managed services customers based in Brisbane. You will oversee Service Desk, End User Computing, VIP support and onsite teams across onsite, remote and offshore delivery models.
The role emphasises leadership, operational management and continuous improvement rather than hands-on delivery, with a Brisbane-based setup requiring three days in the office weekly
