They are seeking a skilled PKI System Administrator to support a critical IT contract, ensuring the integrity and functionality of a large-scale enterprise network environment. The Role • Provide systems and software operations and maintenance support within a large, multi-enclave enterprise network. • Manage and troubleshoot complex Public Key Infrastructure (PKI), RCVS, OCSP, and other Identity Management systems. • Enforce security strategies and policies across Identity and Access Management functions. • Implement, patch, and upgrade PKI technologies and servers. • Train remote users and Trusted Agents on PKI procedures. • Document troubleshooting steps and update operational procedures for an IT Operations Center. What You'll Need • Prior experience with customer interaction, handling inquiries, and problem resolution. • Experience implementing, troubleshooting, and maintaining PKI-related technologies (RCVS, OCSP, Certificate Authorities). • Familiarity with Intelligence Community (IC) systems security standards and concepts. • Experience issuing, troubleshooting, and managing token cards for multi-factor authentication. • Proficiency in troubleshooting soft certificate issues both locally and remotely. • Strong understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) tools for incident and request management. • Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience. • Active TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance is required.
