The Role • Lead the promotion of our psychiatry portfolio by executing sales and marketing strategies. • Apply comprehensive clinical knowledge to drive sales performance within the assigned territory. • Utilize digital tools and data-based insights to develop strategies, allocate resources, and maximize sales execution. • Build and maintain productive relationships with healthcare professionals, incorporating "total office" account management. • Stay informed on reimbursement dynamics and effectively address payer access issues. • Demonstrate a strong understanding of the pharmaceutical environment and adherence to regulatory compliance. What You'll Need • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university. • 2+ years of pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical, biologics, or medical device sales experience. • Proven ability to score highly on product knowledge exams and maintain annual certification. • Strong self-starter with excellent work ethic and communication skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and computer literacy. • Must reside within 40 miles of territory boundaries and possess a valid driver's license with a safe driving record. • Ability to travel up to 30-40% domestically.
