About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Operations Manager to oversee daily business operations, manage website-related projects, coordinate with clients, and lead cross-functional teams. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with excellent leadership skills, operational expertise, and hands-on experience with WordPress and Shopify.

As an Operations Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring operational efficiency, successful project delivery, and an outstanding client experience, while contributing to OMK Solutions' continued growth.

Key Responsibilities

Operations Management

• Oversee day-to-day business operations to ensure smooth workflow across departments.
• Develop and implement operational processes, SOPs, and best practices.
• Monitor team productivity and ensure operational efficiency.
• Identify process gaps and implement improvement strategies.

Project Management

• Plan, coordinate, and manage multiple website development and digital marketing projects simultaneously.
• Create project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time while maintaining quality standards.
• Track project progress, resolve bottlenecks, and manage project risks.

Team Leadership

• Lead, mentor, and supervise cross-functional teams.
• Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.
• Foster collaboration, accountability, and a positive work culture.
• Support hiring, onboarding, and employee development initiatives.

Client Management

• Act as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams.
• Gather client requirements and translate them into actionable project plans.
• Communicate project updates and ensure high client satisfaction.
• Handle escalations and resolve client concerns professionally.

Website & Quality Management

• Oversee WordPress and Shopify website projects.
• Ensure website functionality, design consistency, and quality standards.
• Supervise website content uploads and maintain data accuracy.
• Conduct quality assurance checks before project delivery.

Process Improvement

• Analyze existing workflows and recommend operational improvements.
• Implement automation and productivity-enhancing solutions where possible.
• Develop reporting systems and operational performance metrics.
• Drive continuous improvement across all operational processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Mandatory

• 4-8 years of experience in Operations Management, Project Management, or a similar leadership role.
• Hands-on experience with WordPress and Shopify.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.

Preferred

• Experience working in a Digital Marketing or Web Development Agency.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as ClickUp, Trello, Asana, Jira, or
• Understanding of SEO, Digital Marketing, and Website Development workflows.
