What You'll Need • Completed training as a technician, MTLA, or equivalent in a scientific or technical field. • 3+ years of professional experience in a relevant domain. • Strong interest in direct customer engagement and problem-solving in a dynamic environment. • Excellent communication skills, proficiency in PC usage, and fluency in German and English.
