The Role

• Define cybersecurity policies, standards, procedures, and guardrails for multi-cloud and on-premises infrastructure.
• Lead working groups to drive the adoption of cybersecurity guidelines across architecture and engineering teams.
• Develop secure design patterns that can be implemented by engineering teams.
• Analyze potential risks to information systems and recommend innovative security solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient and scalable security integration.
• Participate in security incident response to identify and address design gaps.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline and 8+ years of experience, with at least 4 years focused on cybersecurity.
• Practical expertise in AWS cloud infrastructure, services, and on-premises infrastructure.
• Strong knowledge of current cybersecurity architectures (e.g., zero trust, IaaS, PaaS, SaaS).
• Experience with Agile methodologies and deploying solutions in large enterprises.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks (e.g., ISO 27000, NIST) and relevant regulations.
• Excellent communication and executive presentation skills.
